Objective	Support for Quality Systems and improvements, as well as analysis of claims, problem resolution, actions, and follow-up. Also, support in external audits.
Functions and Responsibilities	• Analyze customer claims by leading root cause analyses, ensuring effective containment, correction, and prevention measures are established and implemented. • Participate in problem-solving sessions (Root cause analysis, actions, and follow-up). • Prepare and analyze monthly quality indices, driving improvement actions to meet objectives. • Participate in ISS improvement teams. • Participate in the update and simplification of the ISS Quality system based on Standards, Regulations, and Customer requirements. • Support external audits (Aenor, Easa, Civil Regulations, foreign, Customers, etc.). • Ensure through System, Process, and Product audits that practices and operations meet Quality System requirements.
