At CTC by Randstad, we are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator (Outsourcing) for one of our clients, a leader in the logistics sector located in the Parets del Vallès area - BARCELONA.

In addition to providing operational support for warehouse tasks, you will be the service lead, responsible for:

- Personnel management: Supervision of a team.
- Planning: Preparation and control of schedules, management of vacations and shifts.
- Liaison: Direct and fluid contact with the client to ensure service quality.
- Reporting: Control of incidents and fulfillment of daily objectives.

1. Team planning and management:
- Planning: Based on the planning of tasks/handling to be performed and delivery dates.
- Distribution of handlers and task allocation: Positioning handlers at different points of the production line.
- Supervision of work: Regularly throughout the day, perform production tasks on the line, observing and verifying that operations are being carried out correctly and according to the stipulated times.
- Task/operation recording: Recording the processes being carried out, noting the start date and time and the end date and time of each order. Once handling is completed, it is noted for table cleaning/disinfection.
- Onboarding and training of new hires: Welcome the new handler, show them the facilities and functions, and conduct an induction training, explaining tasks, rules, delivering uniforms, etc.

2. OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Monitoring:
- Monitor compliance with the preventive measures resulting from the risk assessment process.
- Control and monitor that team workers are correctly using personal protective equipment.
- Workplace checklist: Periodically review the work areas assigned to Randstad, performing a weekly checklist of the site and noting any anomalies found.
