Main functions:

Organize and distribute tasks among the shift operators.

Supervise the operation of production processes and intervene in the event of any incident.

Ensure compliance with manufacturing, quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures.

Coordinate production changes, startups, and facility shutdowns.

Control the main process parameters and ensure compliance with product specifications.

Train, support, and evaluate the personnel on their shift.

Prepare shift reports and ensure a correct handover with the next team.

Ensure the fulfillment of productivity, efficiency, and facility availability objectives.

Participate in investigations of incidents, accidents, and deviations, proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Promote continuous improvement, order, and cleanliness of the facilities.

Responsibilities:
