Working outdoors and in direct contact with the land, you will be responsible for:

Performing general care and maintenance tasks for the estate and the crops.

Supporting key tasks of the agricultural cycle (sowing, irrigation, pruning, harvesting, or fertilizing, depending on the season).

Handling hand tools and basic agricultural machinery (we will teach you their correct and safe use).

Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the estate.

Education: Specific studies are not essential, although a Vocational Training degree (Grado Medio) in Agricultural Production, Gardening, or similar will be viewed very positively.

Experience: We do not require years of experience, but it is vital to have some link, hobby, or previous contact with the agricultural and rural environment.

Attitude: We are looking for a young, responsible, hardworking profile who is not intimidated by physical outdoor work. We want someone eager to learn and, above all, someone seeking long-term stability.

Essential requirement: Must have your own vehicle to commute daily to the estate and reside in the area [indicate area/nearby towns].

Continuous training: You will learn a trade from people who know the land, acquiring very valuable practical knowledge.

Schedule: Continuous workday from 07:00 to 15:00 / Schedule adapted to the seasonality of the countryside.

Salary: According to the agricultural collective agreement, with the possibility of progression as you assume more autonomy on the estate.
