Your Mission

As part of YEGO's legal and public relations team, you will be responsible, within the Spanish territory, for accompanying our company in the management of all legal, public, and institutional relations issues resulting from its growth in a sector marked by innovation and regulatory initiatives.

Participating in the monitoring and development of our relationships with the bodies and authorities that influence the management and regulation of our sector, you will be in charge of contacting and exchanging with the different urban mobility actors in Spain, and especially with the City Councils of the cities with which we work or want to work to present and/or inform them about our activity and project, submitting the relevant writings, reports, or presentations, and ensuring that we comply with any regulatory imperatives that may be established.

You will also participate in all regulatory initiatives or collaborative reflection projects on the sector representing YEGO's interests, and in turn keeping our teams informed, relying on the rest of the internal legal and public relations team and/or the external agencies we may turn to.

Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain close relationships with the main actors and authorities in the sector (Administrations, sector groups, associations, etc.) at local and national levels, to keep our team informed about the concerns, needs, and initiatives of these groups regarding our activity, and in turn convey the relevant information to these groups so they know, understand, and defend the YEGO project;
Participate and, as far as possible, influence sector regulation initiatives, representing the values and interests of our project, and those of the urban and sustainable mobility sector as a whole,
Ensure exhaustive monitoring of sector current affairs regarding regulation and public tenders, at the local and national level,
Draft and prepare the writings, reports, and presentations that are relevant to present YEGO's activity before any private or public body, and particularly before City Councils,
Submit appeals and/or allegations, complying with the applicable requirements of Spanish administrative law, to be able to provide opinions on legal texts or decisions of the authorities that have an impact on YEGO and its activity,
Participate in the preparation of candidacy files that YEGO must submit in Spain to obtain authorizations for the occupation of public space or public tenders for the selection of operators,
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and protect YEGO's good image before the authorities and sector actors.
