At Cuatrecasas, we are seeking to hire a senior project manager specializing in artificial intelligence ("AI") to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives in the legal field.

The role involves driving the design, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions-generative and advanced-that deliver tangible value to the business by improving our teams' productivity, quality of legal advice, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with lawyers, business areas, technology teams, and external partners.

DUTIES

The functions include:

Leading AI projects

• End-to-end management of AI initiatives (identifying use cases and defining, implementing, and monitoring them)
  
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, security, innovation, business, and suppliers)
  

Identifying business opportunities

• Detect and prioritize AI use cases that impact legal practice
  
• Transform lawyers' needs into viable technological solutions
  

Implementing AI solutions

• Supervise AI tool implementation (generative assistants, copilots, intelligent automation)
  
• Ensure integration with corporate systems (DMS, CRM, ERP, and knowledge management)
  

Governance and risks

• Ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks (transparency, control, auditability)
  
• Guarantee responsible use of AI in legal environments (quality, traceability, confidentiality)
  

Managing stakeholders

• Direct interaction with partners, senior lawyers, and the Committee[EL1]
  
• Manage technology suppliers (Microsoft and legaltech startups)
  

Adoption and cultural change

• Promote effective adoption of AI solutions by lawyers
  
• Design training, communication, and good practice initiatives
  

Measuring impact

• Define and monitor KPIs for usage, efficiency, and value generated
  
• Report results to management, focusing on business impact

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Over 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 1-2 years of experience with AI projects
  
• Experience in complex and highly demanding environments (consulting firms, legal sector, professional services, or corporations)
  
• Experience in generative AI projects and knowledge process automation will be considered an asset
  
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration and management, or similar
  
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and hybrid)
  
• Experience integrating technological solutions into corporate environments
  
• Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI platforms, or legaltech (desirable)
  
• AI understanding (especially generative AI and LLMs)
